Term and conditions
§ 1
Only these general terms and conditions apply between the contractor and the customer. General terms and conditions of business of the customer are only binding for the contractor if he has expressly acknowledged them in writing.
§ 2
Delivery dates are only binding if they have been expressly designated as binding. Offers by the Contractor are subject to change without notice. The order made by the customer is a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded when the Contractor has confirmed the acceptance of the order for the item of purchase specified in more detail or has delivered and installed or assembled the purchased item.
§ 3
The price includes the material, the removal and installation and is to be paid immediately in cash. After 50 km and after 14 days, the wheel bolts should only be pulled by the contractor. Retightening the wheel bolts is confirmed on the invoice document. The Contractor accepts no liability for possible damages without retightening the wheel bolts. The air pressure must be checked every 14 days at the latest. For non-collected tires, rims and spare parts storage costs will be charged.

The maneuvering of the vehicle as well as the raising of the vehicle is carried out exclusively at the risk of the customer.

Obvious defects and faults must be reported by the customer immediately. The latter shall immediately examine the subject matter of the order for obvious defects and defects. Assembly errors must be reported immediately to the Contractor. Warranty claims due to obvious defects will expire if the customer does not notify them in writing within one week of delivery, in the case of hidden defects within one week of occurrence. Any complaints submitted by the Contractor shall be submitted by the Contractor to the supplier for inspection. If, in the opinion of the manufacturer, a defect exists, the customer shall be refunded the purchase price minus a reasonable wear compensation. In the case of obvious defects, the customer is only entitled to deliver goods free of defects. If the contractor is unable to provide a replacement delivery, the customer shall be refunded the purchase price minus a reasonable wear-and-tear. If there is no defect in the tires sent to the wholesale trade, the customer bears the costs for the shipping and the examination of the tires. We shall not be liable for damage to the truck, bearings and transport damage to used rims and tires. The warranty period for used rims and tires is one year.
§6
No claims for warranty are given in case of improper handling or excessive use. The same shall apply if the customer makes alterations or improvements to tires or rims himself or by a third party, unless the defect can not be based on this.

Consumers can revoke their contract declaration within one month without giving reasons in text form (eg letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. The timely dispatch of the revocation or of the goods is sufficient to ensure the revocation period. Revocation Sequence
In the case of an effective revocation, the services received at both ends shall be returned.
